Introduction
to Classical Yoga This
program runs four times per year, numbers permitting. This eight week program introduces you to
the major postures of yoga, breathing, basic physiology, meditation, and the
background philosophy of Yoga.

6.30 – 8.00 pm Yoga Plus with Swami Shantananda Includes
all of the general yoga, as well as some text study and a more in-depth look

for a ten week enrolment ·
Thursday
10.00 am – 12.00 pm. Easeful Yoga Especially
Suitable for over 50's or beginners. Ease
back into flexibility, either after injury or illness, or simply after a long
time of inactivity. Get stiff shoulders, hips and spine moving again. Fee:
$135 for ten week enrolment. ·

pm - 6.30 pm Men's Yoga A
Yoga class that is aimed at the male physiology, focusing on strength as well
as flexibility, and health and lifestyle issues that may be more relevant to
men than a general class offers. More

Eight
Steps to Stillness. No visualization, no New Age concepts, no religion, no
philosophy. Only learn to quiet the chattering mind. This
eight week program runs four times per year.

your practice and learn to cope with every day hassles. Booking required: $5 per session. ·

delightful opportunity is offered about 6 times per year. 3
hours of meditation. A light refreshment is offered afterward. No Fee. Upcoming

16th September, 2011, 7.00pm-10.00pm These
small Enquiry groups offer you a chance to enquire into yourself, your
thoughts, and your feelings in a nurturing and safe atmosphere. Based on the Shiva Process developed by
Swami Shankarananda. ·

is a celebration of Yoga. It's a great
opportunity to explore and enjoy the lighter side of Yoga, and feel the
Shakti that comes from embracing and enjoying life. There is no class and no asana – instead,
we embrace the social side of Yoga. We
chant, meet Mataji and share some of her wisdom, and finish with chai, cake
and a chat! ·
