Supported Restorative Yoga Class
Saturday 19th November, 2016. 10am-12pm
This is an extended restorative yoga class - 2 hours of sumptious practice. Supported Restorative Yoga is a much needed practice in our busy lives. We use props such as bolsters, blankets, etc. to suppport the body in the poses and this in turn supporst wellbeing and healing.
Specific times in your life when htis yoga is especially useful include:
- When you are feeling stressed
- If you suffer from anxiety
- If you are low in energy
- Menopause and peri-menopause
- Suffering illness
- Recovering from injury
- Would like support for hormone balance
- Have digestive issues
- Many chronic illnesses - MS, ME, etc.
In fact, 'there is no-one who doesn't need this work'!
It is so delicious to allow these relacing and restorative postures to support the body and quieten the mind. You will float out of this class!
Because of the amount of space and props needed, bookings are essential.
